You only need a modest and stable internet connection to use Vagon. Recommended minimum speed on lowest Stream Preference is 5 Mbps.

While using Vagon, physical distance between the service location and your location matters, and currently our service locations are North America, Europe, Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney. Even if you have a high-speed internet connection, you might still feel some latency if you are away from those locations.

If you have better connection speed, and you are close to service locations but still experience problems, please check possible issues once more, and then contact us!
